Join us November 28 - 29 at Best Western Plus Airport Hotel Leduc for two days designed to strengthen your marriage through intimacy, bonding, spiritual renewal, and vision planning with your spouse.

Registration Details

  • Fee - $200 per couple (includes accommodation, meals, grand luncheon and bonding activities).

  • Accommodation details: Best Western Plus Airport Hotel Leduc.

  • Payment Deadline - October 21, 2025.

  • Spots are limited, register early to guarantee your spot!

FAQ

1.  Q: My spouse is out of town, can I still attend? 

     A: Yes! You are welcome to attend alone and benefit from the sessions and fellowship. 

2.  Q: Can unmarried couples attend? 

     A: This retreat is designed specifically for married couples. If you're engaged or in a serious relationship, please reach out to the organizers to discuss eligibility. 

3.  Q: Can I pay in installments?

     A: Yes, you can pay in two installments. However, full payment must be complete by October 21. Please contact the organizers to discuss other available options.

4.  Q: Do we have to pay now? 

     A: We encourage early payment to secure your spot. The final deadline is October 21, 2025. 

5.  Q: What should we bring?

     A: Comfortable clothing, personal items, and an open heart! A full packing list will be shared closer to the event.

6.  Q: Is my spot confirmed once I register? 

     A: Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.

7.  Q: Is there a registration deadline?

     A: Yes — October 21, 2025. A late registration window may be opened if space allows.

8.  Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

     A: Refunds are available before October 21. Please reach out to the organizers for details.

9.  Q: What time, on November 28, will the event start?

       A: Check-in and registration will begin at 4:00 PM on November 28. A detailed itinerary will be shared closer to the event date.

10.  Q: What time, on November 29, will the event end?

       A: Plan to leave anytime after 6pm on Saturday.

11.  Q: What is the accommodation setup like?

       A: Each couple will have a private hotel room with a queen or king bed. All meals and sessions will take place onsite. 

12.  Q: Will there be time for rest or personal reflection?

       A: Yes! The schedule includes downtime for couples to relax, reflect, or simply enjoy each other's company.

13.  Q: Will there be any physical or outdoor activities?

       A: Yes! We’ve planned light recreation and bonding games. Please pack comfortable clothing and shoes.

14.  Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

       A: You’ll be able to indicate any food allergies or dietary needs in the registration form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

15.  Q: Will we receive confirmation after payment?

       A: Yes, you’ll get a confirmation email or message once your registration and payment are received.

16.  Q: Is there parking at the venue?

       A: Yes, free parking is available onsite for all registered guests.
